Use these checks to identify common problems. If the issue remains unresolved, contact CloverLoop support with a clear description and relevant non-sensitive references.
I cannot sign up or log in
Check the email address, password and verification status. For Google sign-in, confirm that you selected the intended Google account. Use password recovery if needed.
My storefront URL does not work
Check the exact URL and spelling. Confirm that the storefront has been created and published, and that the selected name is available and valid.
My product upload fails
Check that the file is no larger than 100 MB, that its format is supported and that your internet connection is stable. Retry with a valid file if needed.
I have reached the Free plan listing limit
The Free plan allows one paid product listing and five free product listings per account. The five-free-product limit is not a monthly download quota. Review the plan options and current listing-management controls.
A download link does not work
Check whether the link has expired or reached its configured download limit. Confirm that the customer is using the correct link. Contact CloverLoop support if the link should still be valid.
A payment is not confirmed
Check the order in CloverLoop and the corresponding payment in Razorpay. Do not request another payment until the existing transaction has been investigated.
I cannot find a settlement
Check Razorpay settlement records and bank details. Contact Razorpay for settlement status or bank-credit issues.
What should I send to support?
Provide a concise description, time of issue, relevant order or product reference and exact non-sensitive error message. Never send passwords, OTPs, secret keys or full payment credentials.
