Free products let creators distribute useful digital resources without charging customers. They can be used for samples, introductory materials or community resources.
Free listing limit
The Free plan permits five free product listings per account. This limit counts listed free products, not customer downloads.
No monthly reset
The five-listing limit is an account-level cap. It does not renew each month and must not be described as a monthly download allowance.
Paid product allowance
The Free plan also permits one paid product listing.
Higher plans
Creator and Pro Creator plans allow unlimited free and paid product listings.
Platform commission
Free products do not incur CloverLoop platform transaction commission because there is no paid transaction.
Download access
Download restrictions or secure-link expiry settings are separate from the number of free product listings. Refer to actual product settings for download behaviour.
