CloverLoop is intended to provide independent creators with storefront and digital product infrastructure. Creators are responsible for the content they provide and must have the rights and permissions required to distribute it.

Descriptions of payment connectivity and digital delivery on this site refer to planned capabilities. The Razorpay integration, payment processing, product management and digital delivery are not implemented in this sprint.

The intended pricing model applies platform commission to successful paid transactions and invoices it monthly. Razorpay processing fees are separate and governed by the creator's own Razorpay arrangement. Final terms, consumer policies, refunds, liability and governing-law provisions require legal review.
