The intended CloverLoop experience is designed to let customers access digital products after completing the required purchase or free-download process.
Paid products
A customer opens a creator's storefront, selects a product and follows checkout. Payment must be confirmed before paid-product access is granted.
Free products
A customer follows the available free-product access flow. Free products do not incur CloverLoop platform transaction commission. Listing limits depend on the creator's plan.
Secure download access
CloverLoop is intended to use secure download links with expiry and configurable download limits. The exact validity period and permitted download count should be taken from the live product settings.
If a link does not work
Check whether the link has expired, whether its permitted download count has been reached and whether the customer is using the original delivery message. Contact CloverLoop support if the issue persists.
