Frequently asked questions

Learn about CloverLoop, creator storefronts, pricing and the planned payment model.

What is CloverLoop?

CloverLoop is a creator-focused platform designed to help independent creators establish their own digital storefronts and sell downloadable products directly to their audiences. The planned platform combines storefront presentation, payment connectivity and digital product delivery in one creator-oriented experience.

Who can use CloverLoop?

CloverLoop is intended for independent creators, educators, musicians, designers, professionals and other people who create digital products. The product should be suitable for creators who want to sell resources such as ebooks, PDFs, templates, presets, printables and other downloadable files.

What kinds of digital products can creators sell?

The intended product categories include ebooks, PDF guides, music tabs, backing tracks, audio resources, presets, templates, printables, educational materials and other downloadable digital files. Creators are responsible for ensuring that they own or have permission to distribute the content they sell.

Will I get my own storefront?

The planned model gives each creator an independent storefront with a shareable URL in the format cloverloop.in/creatorname. The storefront is intended to provide a central destination where an audience can explore a creator's digital products.

Do I need my own Razorpay account?

Yes. Under CloverLoop's planned payment architecture, each creator connects their own Razorpay account. Customer payments are processed through that creator's account rather than being collected into a central CloverLoop merchant account.

Who receives the customer's payment?

Razorpay processes the payment through the creator's connected account and settles the proceeds directly to the creator's bank account according to Razorpay's settlement rules and the creator's account configuration. CloverLoop does not centrally collect or hold creator sales proceeds.

How does CloverLoop charge its platform fee?

CloverLoop calculates its platform commission on successful paid transactions and invoices the creator monthly. The commission is separate from the customer's payment and is not automatically deducted from the payment by CloverLoop.

Are Razorpay processing fees included in CloverLoop pricing?

No. Razorpay processing charges are additional and are governed by the creator's own Razorpay arrangement. They are separate from CloverLoop's subscription and platform transaction fees.

What are the available plans?

The intended plans are Free, Creator and Pro Creator. Free costs ₹0 per month with 0% platform transaction fee, one paid product and five free product listings. Creator costs ₹0 per month with a 3% platform transaction fee and unlimited paid and free products and free downloads. Pro Creator costs ₹10,000 per month with a 2% platform transaction fee and unlimited paid and free products and free downloads.

How is the platform transaction fee calculated?

The platform transaction fee is calculated on successful paid transactions according to the creator's plan. Free products do not attract platform transaction commission. The applicable commission is invoiced monthly.

Does the Free plan have a limit on free products?

The Free plan allows one paid product and five free product listings. The Creator and Pro Creator plans are intended to include unlimited paid and free products and unlimited free product downloads.

Are free products charged a transaction fee?

No. Free products do not incur CloverLoop's platform transaction commission. Usage limits apply according to the selected plan.

What is the maximum file size?

The intended maximum file size is 100 MB per file. The final supported file types and any additional limits should be stated in the product interface when the selling platform is implemented.

Can creators set download limits?

The planned product includes configurable download limits and secure download links that expire after a reasonable period. These are intended product capabilities and should not be presented as operational during the marketing-site-only implementation sprint.

How does digital product delivery work?

The intended experience is that customers receive access to the digital files after a successful purchase is verified. Secure links and configurable download limits are part of the planned delivery approach. The actual checkout, verification and delivery workflow are not implemented in the current website sprint.

Is CloverLoop a marketplace?

CloverLoop is positioned around independent creator storefronts rather than a central marketplace catalogue. Each creator is intended to share their own storefront directly with their audience.

Can I create an account now?

You can register using the available email or Google authentication options. After signing in, your account will guide you through the next onboarding step.

What happens after I sign in?

Your account provides an onboarding step where you can share your perspective and help CloverLoop understand the needs of independent creators.

Does CloverLoop currently process payments?

The public website explains the planned payment architecture. The Razorpay integration and live payment processing are not part of the current marketing website implementation. Do not treat a public product description as confirmation that the integration is active.

How can I contact CloverLoop?

Use the support email address configured for CloverLoop on the Contact page. The production email address must be confirmed before launch; do not substitute an address belonging to another business.

Can I sell copyrighted or third-party material?

Creators must have the rights and permissions required to distribute the products and included assets. Do not upload or sell material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or other third-party rights. Creators should review applicable licences before distributing templates, presets, fonts, photographs, samples or other third-party content.

Does CloverLoop guarantee sales or income?

No. CloverLoop provides planned storefront and digital product infrastructure. Sales depend on factors such as product quality, audience fit, pricing, promotion and market demand. The platform must not promise a particular sales volume, income or business result.
