CloverLoop's payment model is designed around each creator's own Razorpay account. This keeps the creator's payment processing and settlement relationship directly with the payment provider.
Customer checkout
A customer selects a paid product on the creator's storefront and follows the available checkout process.
Payment processing
Razorpay processes the transaction through the creator's connected account. Payment confirmation must be received and verified before the product is treated as paid.
Settlement to the creator
Razorpay settles eligible funds to the creator's registered bank account under its settlement terms.
CloverLoop platform invoice
CloverLoop calculates applicable platform transaction commission on successful paid transactions and invoices the creator monthly. The commission is not deducted from the checkout payment.
Separate fees
Razorpay processing fees are additional to CloverLoop platform charges. The creator should review both sets of charges separately.
