Razorpay's payment processing charges are separate from CloverLoop's platform charges. The creator should review the fees and settlement information applicable to their own Razorpay account.
Processing fees
Razorpay may charge processing fees and applicable taxes according to the creator's agreement and payment method. Check the current fee schedule in official Razorpay information or the account dashboard.
Settlement
Razorpay settles eligible funds to the bank account registered with the creator's Razorpay account. The amount settled may differ from the original payment because of applicable fees, taxes, refunds, adjustments or other account entries.
Settlement timing
Settlement schedules and processing times are governed by Razorpay and may vary by account, payment and risk checks. Use the Razorpay Dashboard for the latest status rather than relying on a general estimate.
CloverLoop commission
CloverLoop's platform commission is calculated separately on successful paid transactions and invoiced monthly. It is not deducted from the customer's checkout payment.
